However, because each piece is custom-made and designed uniquely for you, our return and refund policy is tailored to reflect the bespoke nature of your order.
When Returns & Refunds Apply-
Due to the personal nature of bespoke jewellery, returns and refunds can only be offered in the following exceptional situations:
- Jewellery is Not What You Ordered
If the item you receive is clearly incorrect and differs from your confirmed order.
- Faulty or Damaged Items
If there is a manufacturing defect or fault in the item you receive.
In either case, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and advise on repair, replacement, or refund.
Refund Timeframe-
To be eligible for a refund under the above circumstances:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
- The item must then be returned to us within 7 days of your refund request being made.
Refunds will only be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
Change-of-Mind & Custom Orders-
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or returns for change of mind once work has begun or after the 3-day cancellation window.
If you choose to cancel your order within 3 days of placing it, before any work has begun, a refund may be possible.
How to Request a Return or Refund-

- Include your order number and the name the order was placed under.
- Describe the issue clearly — a photo is very helpful if the item is faulty or incorrect.
We will respond promptly with next steps.
Repairs & Aftercare-
If your jewellery develops a fault due to manufacturing issues, we will always assess and repair it where possible.
For repairs that are required beyond standard manufacturing faults (for example wear and tear, accidental damage, or changes requested after delivery), we offer a repair service — please contact us for guidance and pricing.
