Returns & Refunds

I take meticulous care when making all of my designs, and always try to ensure that I am making exactly what you have ordered, and I want you to be overjoyed and fully satisfied with your jewellery from me.

However, as each product is custom ordered and handmade I cannot offer a return or refund unless: 

a) the product is incorrect and is not what you ordered, or

b) the product is faulty.

If the product(s) delivered does not match your order or is faulty then please contact me via email at stevenjamesjeweller@gmail.com outlining the problem, and I will arrange the return of the said goods.

Refunds will only be issued if the request has been made 7 days from receipt, and items are received by me 7 days after refund application has been made.

Please remember to indicate your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under.

If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a manufacturing fault, then a photograph as well as description of the problem should be emailed for my customer services team to assess.




A refund for change of heart will be offered only when an order is cancelled within 3 days, as this is prior to any work being undertaken by myself. Beyond those 3 days refunds will not be offered.

If you need to cancel an order you should contact customer services on 07908748192 as soon as possible.

If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently produced by myself then a refund will not be offered on cancellation due to the personal specifications of custom designs.

Finally, you have my word that I will always do my very best to ensure that you are happy with your order.
