Sabrina – Client Care Specialist & Creative Support
She is often your first point of contact — helping guide enquiries, organising consultations, managing commissions, and ensuring every client feels supported throughout their journey.
Sabrina manages all memorial enquiries and consultations. With experience in grief therapy, she provides gentle guidance and emotional support for families during what can be a difficult time.
Whether you’re ready to proceed or simply need to talk through your options, Sabrina is here to listen, answer questions, and help you take things at your own pace.
This reassures clients right at the moment they’re vulnerable.
Sabrina also assists with design coordination, photography, content creation, and brand development, helping bring Steven’s work to life online and beyond.
