Our process has been carefully designed to feel calm, clear, and reassuring, guiding you gently from your first enquiry through to the creation of your finished piece.
 
Each stage is handled with care, respect, and intention, ensuring your loved one’s memory is honoured with dignity and craftsmanship.
 
From consultation and design through to secure handling, creation, and final delivery, every step is guided by trust, transparency, and compassion.
 
You are never rushed, never pressured, and never left uncertain — only supported, informed, and cared for throughout the journey.

STEP 1- INITIAL ENQUIRY & CONSULTATION.

Your journey begins with a private consultation, where we take time to understand your story, your wishes, and the meaning behind the piece you wish to create. 

This is a gentle, unhurried conversation where we guide you through design options, materials, styles and possibilities, ensuring your memorial jewellery reflects both memory and meaning. 

STEP 2- DESIGN & COMMISSION CONFIRMATION.

Once your design is agreed, your memorial commission is formally confirmed. 
 
At this stage:
 
* Your design is finalised
* Your piece is scheduled into our production calendar
* Materials are prepared
* Your commission is securely reserved. 
 
This ensures your piece receives dedicated time, focus, and craftsmanship from the very beginning. 

STEP 3- SECURE HANDLING OF ASHES.

We understand that sending ashes is an emotional and deeply personal step. For this reason, we provide clear guidance and a secure, respectful process designed to protect both your loved one's remains and your peace of mind.

Once you commission fee is paid, this automatically generates an ashes pack with full instructions, which is posted to you, so you can securely send your loved one's ashes to us. Only a very small amount of ashes is required for each piece, and any ashes that are not used always get returned. Every commission is handled with dignity, care, and strict internal protocols from receipt to completion. We will even email you to confirm once we have received your loved one's ashes. 

Full guidance and support are provided privately after your commission is confirmed, ensuring this stage feels calm, respectful, and supported at every step.

STEP 4- CREATION OF YOUR MEMORIAL PIECE.

Your jewellery is then individually handcrafted, with precision, patience, and care.
 
These stages include:
 
*Preparation of materials
* Creation of the memorial setting
* Careful incorporation of ashes (where applicable)
* Cultured opal formation or chamber setting
* Hand-finishing and detailing
* Final quality checks
 
Each piece is created slowly and intentionally- never mass-produced, never rushed, and made with meticulous care.
 
Turnaround times are purely dependant on the style you choose, as each piece (even pre-existing design options) are individually handcrafted.
 
If you have chose a design from our design catalogue it would have listed the expected turnaround time. 

STEP 5- FINISHING, QUALITY & PRESENTATION.

Before your piece is returned, it undergoes final inspection and finishing to ensure it meets our standards of craftsmanship, beauty, and integrity.

Your jewellery is then carefully prepared for presentation, ensuring it arrives not just as a piece of jewellery- but as something meaningful, personal and lasting. 

STEP 6- RETURN DELIVERY

Your completed memorial piece is securely packaged and returned to you with care. 
 
Delivery is handled discreetly and respectfully, with protection and presentation reflecting the significance of what your piece represents. 
 
Your package will be posted via Royal Mail, which will be securely tracked 24 hour service.
