A Personal, Guided Process
International clients receive the same one-to-one support as UK clients.
Sabrina manages all enquiries and consultations, ensuring your journey feels clear, supported, and never rushed. For memorial commissions, Sabrina also provides compassionate guidance, drawing on her experience in grief therapy to support families gently through the process.
Steven personally designs and handcrafts every piece in his UK studio.
You’ll receive:
- A design consultation (via email or video call if preferred)
- Clear design guidance and material options
- Regular updates during your commission
- Secure insured delivery of your finished jewellery
We intentionally remain a small studio so every client receives direct care — no departments, no sales teams.
Sending your inherited/sentimental Jewellery To Us
If your commission involves existing jewellery, or sentimental materials, we provide clear instructions before anything is sent.
We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service from your country.
For UK clients, we typically use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
For international clients, we advise using your local equivalent of insured tracked courier services (such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or your national postal service’s insured option).
Once your parcel is on its way, simply share the tracking number with us so we can monitor its arrival.
All received items are:
- Logged on arrival
- Stored securely
- Handled only by Steven
- Treated with the utmost care and respect

Your responsibility for arranging shipping-
To give families full control and transparency, international shipping is arranged directly by you with Speedlink.

Once your order is confirmed, we will provide our full workshop delivery address and guidance on how to proceed.
Important guidance when sending ashes internationally-
When arranging your shipment, we strongly recommend:
- Only sending a small portion of ashes required for your memorial piece
- Packaging securely inside a sealed inner container, then boxed with padding
- Clearly describing contents as “memorial jewellery materials” or “cremation remains for jewellery creation” (Speedlink will advise wording)
- Retaining your tracking number until your parcel is safely delivered
Please note that customs fees, duties, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the sender, and delivery times may vary depending on destination and local customs clearance.
When your loved one arrives with us-
As soon as your parcel is delivered to our workshop, we will confirm safe receipt and your memorial creation journey will begin. Every commission is handled personally and with the utmost respect, care, and discretion.

Materials & Stones
International commissions have access to the same curated materials as UK clients, including:
- White moissanite (standard)
- Champagne or grey moissanite (by consultation)
- Natural or lab-grown diamonds
- Select coloured gemstones
- Sentimental gold and jewellery reinvention
- Ashes and opal inlay (curated colour options discussed during design)
All materials are chosen for longevity and heirloom suitability.
We don’t offer low-grade stones or disposable materials — every piece is designed to last.
Payments & Design Process
A design concept fee applies to bespoke commissions and is deducted from your final balance once you proceed.
International payments can be made securely via our website.
